Our Studio holds limited seating, and many of our Lessons sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled Lesson. This will allow us to offer your spot to another Student. You may call or text us at 520-901-0302 between the hours of 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. to cancel. Please note, that we do not offer refunds. However, if you give us at least 24 hours notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward another Lesson. However, if you do not cancel with at least 24-hour notice, you will lose any payments you have already made or have agreed to make.
Lessons must be purchased before a time slot is reserved. If you have a date reserved and have not paid for that block of lessons, the instructor may give any specific time and date to any student that has already paid for their lessons.
If you have an agreement to pay after the lesson has been given, you have 3 business days from the date of the lesson to make a payment. Failure to do so, an additional $25 fee will be applied.
If the fee and lesson have not been paid, any future lessons may be canceled until the full amount is paid.
We reserve the right to cancel a lesson with no refund. If inappropriate behaviors are exhibited during, before, or after a lesson, the instructor can cancel any and all future lessons with the student with no refund.
