How Scheduling Works

​

Piano lessons are scheduled weekly at a consistent day and time. When you sign up, we’ll work with you to find an available time that fits your schedule. Lessons are scheduled based on instructor availability.

Practice Expectations

​

Regular practice is an important part of learning piano. Students are encouraged to practice consistently between lessons and focus on the skills and assignments discussed with their instructor. Practice expectations may vary depending on the student's age, experience, and goals.

Payment & Cancellation

​

Payment is due before the beginning of each month's scheduled lessons. Payments are non-refundable once made.

​

If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, at least 24 hours' notice is required. When 24 hours' notice is provided, we will do our best to offer a make-up lesson based on instructor availability. Missed lessons or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a make-up or refund.

In-Person & Virtual Lessons

​

Piano lessons may be available in person or virtually, depending on the instructor and student's needs. Virtual lessons provide a convenient option for families who prefer to learn from home.
